The volunteer bar associations of South Florida invite you to attend a seminar designed to educate the members of the South Florida legal community regarding the procedures and issues involved in running for judicial office in Miami-Dade County.

The seminar will emphasize how a diverse community can affect the way an election campaign should be planned and implemented. Panelists include judges, lawyers and consultants who have extensive experience in running election campaigns.

The topics to be covered include (1) deciding to run for office, (2) assembling the campaign team, (3) campaign strategies, (4) campaign finance, (5) campaign ethics, (6) campaign timeline, and (7) the law regarding campaign finance, to be followed by a question and answer session with the panelists.
