COLBAR lunch on July 31

It was essentially agreed to proceed with our web site project to be run by Lisandro Franky, web site expert at the University of Miami. We are charged nothing and Lisandro runs and benefits from all advertising. Attached is the proposed contract for your review (non-billable). We will discuss the remaining issue of IP ownership of the site, and then away we go. Members who want to link their OWN web sites to Colbar's, please contact Mike Currea ( mcurrea@netzero.net). Also, Lisandro can assist you on favourable terms in setting up your own web site. Don't have one? Shame on you once, don't have one next week, shame on you twice, or something like that.

President Sandy Velez-Felfle attended a meeting of the Hispanic Bar Association of Florida. This would be an umbrella organization of all Hispanic Bar Associations in Florida, each of which would have one vote. There were objections on the part of some organizations, in particular CABA.
