We are lucky to have with us Dr. Carlos Alberto ESPINDOLA, international commercial attorney (Louisiana trained además) from Cali, Colombia, who will bring us up to date (and up to speed) on Andean Community law (derecho andino). Please plan to be there. Normally, we would beg and plead for an RSVP. But you may rest assured that if at the last minute your synapses fire up and you decide to come on up and enjoy the large Mondongo dish (best in Miami...) or bandeja paisa or other delicacies, we will welcome you with open arms.
