BIO – Adriana P. Santiesteban, Esq.
Attorney Adriana P. Santiesteban is a senior litigation and trial attorney at The Law Offices of Gonzalez & Associates, LLC, with over 17 years of experience in the legal field. Mrs. Santiesteban began her legal career at the age of 21, as an assistant legal secretary for a prominent Workers’ Compensation insurance defense law firm. Her work ethic, aptitude, dedication and ability to connect with clients lead to quickly being promoted to paralegal to a senior litigation attorney whom she worked with for 3 years until she attended St. Thomas University School of Law in the summer of 2005.
While in law school, Mrs. Santiesteban clerked for several law firms, including a prominent civil litigation trial firm. Upon graduation, in 2008, she was offered a position at the Workers’ Compensation insurance defense firm as a Junior Associate assisting her prior boss who was now a Partner at the Firm.
Mrs. Santiesteban joined The Law Offices of Gonzalez & Associates, LLC, in July of 2011 as a Personal Injury attorney representing injured people as a result of someone else’s negligence. Mrs. Santiesteban draws on her experience as an insurance defense attorney to navigate through complex litigation matters through all phases of litigation, including mediation, arbitration and Trial. She excels in maintaining constant communication with her clients, keeping them well informed on the progress of their case and establishing strong long lasting professional relationships.
Mrs. Santiesteban was born in Urrao, Colombia, S.A., and is proudly a first generation immigrant who was blessed with the opportunity to obtain higher education and live the American dream. She was raised in Brooklyn, NY and lived in East Stroudsburg, PA, for a few years before permanently moving to Miami, FL in 1989. Mrs. Santiesteban enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband, 3 boys and American bulldog, Nala. She most enjoys giving back to her community by proving pro-bono legal services to low income or indigent individuals.
