Alexander Lian, P.A. provides both advocacy and counseling services to individual and institutional clients. The Firm handles general civil and commercial suits, administrative proceedings, and actions involving real property - commercial lease disputes, landlord/tenant issues, foreclosures, ejectments, and disputes over title and access. The Firm has a wealth of experience in financial institution litigation, and in conducting enforcement actions for large uncollected debts, both pre- and post-judgment. Longstanding clients include South Florida's largest Fortune 100 company, prominent local developers, multifamily owner/operators, and a national church organization with a sizeable presence in the Southeast.
In addition, the Firm also has substantial experience handling state and federal appeals, which includes oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Alexander Lian has an M.A. and J.D. from Vanderbilt University. He is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Alexander Lian is also a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator.
